Alongside our mining, trading and atelier activities, Auremont develops and provides knowledge-based services for the small- and medium-scale gold segment. The work is grounded in what we do ourselves, on our own sites and in our own processing operations, and is offered to operators, cooperatives and industry partners who can make use of it.
Engagements are scoped in writing before work begins and delivered by our own technical team, drawing where relevant on the personnel who run our mines and processing operations.
What we deliver.
On-site instruction
Operation and maintenance of light and heavy field equipment; primary and secondary crushing — jaw crushers, cone crushers, hammer mills and ball mills — including screen selection and wear parts; gravity concentration with sluices, spirals, tables and centrifugal concentrators; vat and heap leaching; fire assay and non-destructive testing; and the health, safety and environmental practices that apply to each. Delivered on site, at our facilities in Tanzania, or in mixed formats, in English and where required Swahili.
Written practice
Standard operating procedures, maintenance and inspection schedules, spare-parts and consumables planning, plant flowsheets, reagent handling protocols, and tailings and waste-management procedures — prepared to be site-usable and delivered under terms that allow the client to adapt them in their own operations.
Tools that fit the site
Assistants trained on equipment manuals and operating procedures so field personnel can obtain guidance on a mobile device; document-management tools that structure permits, licences, assay records and shipment paperwork and make them searchable; and simple predictive tools for equipment maintenance and consumables planning based on historical operating data.
Built for the ground
Our tools are designed to run on the infrastructure a small- or medium-scale operation actually has — mobile devices, limited connectivity, non-specialist users — rather than on the assumption of a large IT environment.

Data used to build our tools comes from our own operations, or, where third-party data is involved, on the basis of a written agreement with the data owner. Client data submitted during a training, documentation or AI engagement remains the property of the client and is processed under confidentiality. It is not used to train external systems or shared with third parties outside the scope of the engagement. Deliverables reflect current practice at the date of delivery; ultimate responsibility for the operation of equipment, facilities and processes remains with the licensed operator, and artificial-intelligence tools are provided as decision-support systems rather than a substitute for competent human judgement or applicable regulatory approvals.
